 Operation steps:   
1. Up and down knife adjustment method: the bottom knife is fixed. 
2. Loosen the two positioning plates first, and turn the slider adjustment knob to adjust the distance between the upper and lower cutters, the general gap is 0.1-0.2mm

In the same plane, the error cannot exceed 0.1mm. When the tool holder is rotated clockwise, the distance between the two knives will increase, and vice versa. Be careful not to collide the two cutters or other objects hit the knife edge. 
3. After adjusting the upper and lower cutters, loosen the fastening screws of the lower positioning plate, adjust the positioning plate so that the blade is aligned with the upper apex of the lower cutter or locked when it is slightly lower than 0-0.2mm. 
4. Install the fastening screws on the positioning plate,
The V-CUT of the PCB board uses the blades of the upper and lower positioning plates to push the sliding handle of the Xiangjie sub-board by hand, while adjusting the fine-tuning knob to make the board have a little resistance back and forth, and then tighten the screws.   
5. When the cut is almost finished, the cut PCB board should be held by hand so that the components on the PCB board will not be damaged. 
6. The pallet and the baffle plate can be adjusted up and down according to the size of the part body.    7. After proper adjustment, the operation can be officially carried out.

Knife type dividing machine 
1.   The moving knife splitting machine adopts the upper round knife and the lower flat knife method. The PC board is on the lower flat knife. 1. Pneumatic guillotine splitting machine adopts electric hybrid design, double straight knife splitting, especially suitable for splitting precision SMD thin plates and aluminum circuit boards;
