There are certain requirements for the equipment and process materials on the cleanliness, humidity, and temperature of the environment. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and assembly quality, the following requirements for the working environment are imposed:

Power supply: The power supply voltage and power must meet the equipment requirements

The voltage should be stable and meet the following requirements:

Single phase AC220 (220±10%, 50/60 HZ)

If the three-phase AC380V (220±10%, 50/60 HZ) fails to meet the requirements, a regulated power supply must be configured, and the power of the power supply must be more than double that of the power consumption. Temperature: Ambient temperature: 23±3°C is the optimal; 17 to 28°C is the normal temperature range. The limit temperature is 15 to 35°C (the optimal ambient temperature of the printing room is 23±3°C) Humidity: Relative humidity: 45～

Working environment: The workplace is clean and free of dust and corrosive gases.

The air cleanliness is 100000 (BGJ73-84);

In the air-conditioning environment, there must be a certain amount of fresh air, and try to control the CO2 content below 1000PPM, and the CO content below 10PPM as far as possible, in order to ensure human health. Anti-static: The production equipment must be well grounded, and the three-phase and five-wire grounding method should be adopted; they should also be grounded independently. Objects such as floors, workbench mats and chairs at the production site should meet the requirements for anti-static electricity. Exhaust: Reflow and wave soldering equipment should meet exhaust requirements. Lighting: The building should have good lighting conditions. The ideal illuminance is 800 LUX×1200 LUX, and it must not be less than 300 LUX at least.

SMT production line personnel requirements: The operators of the production line equipment must have professional technical trainings, and must have mastered the operating procedures of the equipment.

The operators should strictly follow the “safety technical operating procedures” and process requirements.
